By using Wuha, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.
Accounts and community content
You are responsible for your account and activity. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Wuha a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate the service according to your visibility choices. Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, dangerous, or privacy-invasive content; automate abusive access; evade limits; or interfere with the service. Wuha may moderate, restrict, or remove content and accounts to protect users and the service.
Wuha AI
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. It is general information and not veterinary diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, or another professional service. Review output before relying on or publishing it, and contact a qualified veterinarian for health decisions or emergencies.
Wuha AI Plus
Wuha AI Plus is a one-month auto-renewable subscription that includes 150 text replies, 10 standard AI images, and Plus history retention each month. The localized price is shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically at the displayed renewal price. Manage or cancel it through your Apple subscription settings. No introductory trial is included unless expressly shown in the purchase sheet.
Wuha Coins
Coins are consumable digital items used for Wuha AI replies and images after included allowances are exhausted. Current costs are 2 coins per text reply, 10 per standard AI image, and 40 per three-pose companion portrait. Purchased coins do not expire and remain with the Wuha account that received them; they are not cash, transferable, or redeemable outside Wuha. Failed, timed-out, or safety-rejected generations do not consume coins. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies. If refunded coins were already spent, the uncovered amount becomes account debt and must be repaid before further coin spending.
Affiliate physical products
Wuha may link to third-party merchants selling physical goods. These purchases occur on the merchant’s website, are separate from Wuha digital purchases, and do not unlock digital content. The merchant is responsible for pricing, payment, fulfilment, returns, warranties, and product support. Wuha may receive an affiliate commission.
Availability and termination
Features may change or be unavailable. We may suspend access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to users. To the extent permitted by law, Wuha is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and liability is limited to the amount required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights in your location are not excluded.

Questions can be sent to support (contact details coming soon). Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date; continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
