Email support (contact details coming soon) with your Wuha account email, device model, iOS version, and a short description. Never send your password, full payment details, or Apple Account password.
Subscriptions
Open Wuha AI Plus and choose Restore purchases after reinstalling or signing back into the same Wuha account. Choose Manage subscription to cancel or change renewal through Apple. Cancellation stops a future renewal; it does not normally remove access before the paid period ends.
Coin purchase still syncing
Keep the purchase sheet open and choose Check balance. If the balance still has not updated after several minutes, contact support with the approximate purchase time, coin pack, storefront country, and Wuha account email. Do not send a receipt containing sensitive payment information unless support specifically requests an Apple transaction identifier.
Refunds
App Store refunds are requested and decided through Apple. When RevenueCat reports an approved refund, Wuha removes the associated remaining coins. Any already-spent portion appears as account debt and prevents further coin spending until repaid. A refund reversal restores the corresponding value.
Affiliate products
Physical products open the merchant’s website. Contact that merchant for charges, shipping, returns, warranties, and product issues. Send Wuha the listing link if a merchant page is broken, misleading, or unsafe.
Safety and privacy
Use in-app report and block controls for community concerns. For urgent privacy or account-access issues, email support with “Privacy” or “Account access” in the subject. For a pet medical emergency, contact an emergency veterinarian; Wuha AI is not an emergency service.

訂閱

金幣尚在同步
請保持購買頁開啟並選擇「檢查餘額」。若數分鐘後仍未更新，請提供大約購買時間、金幣包、商店國家與 Wuha 帳號電子郵件。除非客服明確要求 Apple 交易識別碼，請勿寄送含敏感付款資訊的收據。
退款
App Store 退款由 Apple 受理與決定。收到核准退款通知後，Wuha 會扣回該筆購買剩餘的金幣；已使用而無法扣回的部分會列為帳號欠額，在清償前無法再使用金幣。退款撤銷時會恢復相應價值。
合作商品、安全與隱私
實體商品會開啟商家網站，付款、配送、退換貨、保固與商品問題請洽該商家。社群安全問題請使用 App 內的檢舉及封鎖功能；隱私或帳號存取問題可在信件主旨標示「隱私」或「帳號存取」。毛孩急症請立即聯絡急診獸醫，Wuha AI 不是急救服務。
