This policy explains how Wuha collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use the Wuha app, website, AI features, and support services.
Information we process
- Account and profile information, including your sign-in identifiers, display name, language, and account type.
- Pet profiles, posts, comments, reviews, reports, blocks, and other content you choose to provide.
- AI prompts, necessary conversation context, selected pet photos, generated results, safety signals, and usage records.
- Subscription status, product identifiers, store transaction identifiers, coin balance, fulfilment, refund, and debt records. Apple processes payment credentials; Wuha does not receive your full card details.
- Device, diagnostic, security, and service-usage information needed to operate, protect, and improve Wuha, including AI model, token, search, image-attempt, failure, and estimated-cost metadata.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, display content according to your choices, operate AI generation, enforce usage allowances, fulfil purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability.
Service providers and disclosure
Wuha uses service providers including Supabase for application infrastructure, OpenAI for AI generation and safety review, RevenueCat for purchase and entitlement synchronization, Apple for App Store transactions, and operational providers for hosting, analytics, and error monitoring. We disclose only information needed for those services or when required by law.
AI and public content
Prompts, relevant context, and selected photos are sent to OpenAI when you request an AI result. AI output may be inaccurate and is not veterinary advice. AI conversations and source photos remain private unless you explicitly preview and publish a result. Published content can be seen by other users subject to visibility and blocking controls.
Wuha records sanitized AI cost and reliability metadata separately from prompts and media. This profitability telemetry does not contain prompt text, photos, citations, source URLs, or raw provider responses.
Retention and choices
Free private AI content is generally retained for 24 hours. Plus private AI content is retained while subscribed and may remain read-only for 30 days after access ends before deletion. Transaction, fraud-prevention, moderation, and legal records may be kept longer where necessary. You can delete eligible content in the app, manage visibility, block or report users, and request account or privacy assistance by contacting support (contact details coming soon).
Children, security, and changes
Wuha is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the service in their location. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
